Counsels clients and provides representation in court on issues relating to intellectual property rights or unauthorized importation of trademarked or copyrighted goods. Regularly drafts contracts related to a wide variety of commercial transactions including agreements with respect to joint ventures, mergers, partnerships, distributorships, etc. Prepares and reviews certificates of incorporation, by-laws, articles of association and other corporate documents. Handles transactions involving collateral of diverse sorts located locally and nationally.

In June 1998 Mrs. Jomeza was the first woman in Palestine to pass the Sharia Law exams enabling her to practice Sharia Law.
